Summer Day Camp

Cub Scout Day Camp is a great opportunity for Cub Scouts to experience all that camp has to offer, and come home each night to tell their family all about it. 

This year's theme is Bug Hunters.

Time: 8:30am to 4:00pm M-TH and 8:30 -2:00pm on Friday

Before April 18 - $190 
Before May 15 - $210
After May 15 - $230 

Payment by Paypal/Credit Card:

Scout Account balances accumulated from popcorn sales may be used to pay toward the scout camp fees. Please contact your den leader or email treasurer@pack1483.org if you would like to know the balance in your son's scout account.  If you don't have enough money in the scout account, you can pay the rest by check or Paypal/Credit Card per above fees (just pay the difference remaining depending on the option chosen).
 
Please complete all two:
  1. Sign up via our Day Camp Registration Form
  2. Pay via Check or PayPal (see below)
  3. Fill out the BSA Annual Health & Medical Record form attached at the bottom of this page. Complete parts A and B. C is not needed for Day Camp . You can find further instructions here.

- Please register using our pack registration form, NCAC requires that all registrations come through our Pack Day Camp Coordinator.  





Refund Policy

The Day Camp refund policy:

  All refund requests must be in writing. Refunds for camper fees will be handled in the following manner:   
  • For events with fees over $25.00 per person, a full refund may be issued if the registration is cancelled within 3 days of being made. After 3 days of making the registration but not within 14 of the event the customer is charged 15% of the registration cost being cancelled. Once within 14 days of the event the customer is charged 100% of the registration cost being cancelled. A full refund may be made in the case of illness, military orders, or if the event is cancelled by the Council. Refunds will be processed once the request is received in writing. (see refund request above)
  • Request for refunds received for “no-shows” or request made after your session begins and Scouts departing camp early for any reason will not be honored.

Medical Forms
All Scouts and Adults must have a properly completed and signed health form in order to participate in the camp 
program. The official BSA Annual Health & Medical Record form #34605 is required for all participants.  Only Parts A and B are required for Day Camp.

Open the file, fill out the information, save the file, print it, and turn in the signed form to the Day Camp Coordinator.
